Miyake Taiko Workshops
Australia Miyake Kai invites instructors from Miyake-jima Geino Doshi-Kai to lead workshops in Melbourne to help us further our studies. Participants gather from all over Australia and New Zealand, as well as Japan and other countries, to learn Miyake Taiko with us at both evening & live-in workshops.
Beginners are always welcome.
Other Workshops
Taikokoro Inc often hosts taiko and other Japanese music or dance workshops by other instructors from around Australia and the world. Recent instructors have included Yosuke, Shunichiro Kamiya and Chieko Kojima.
Workshops are open to participants of all levels.
